Join me and other parents-to-be for this fun and inspiring practice for all phases of pregnancy. Aside from physically and mentally appropriate asana, this class creates community and a true sense of support from others who "get it". Great for those with a regular yoga practice or for those looking to establish a practice while pregnant. This class is offered by donation (suggested donation $5 - $12) and no donation is required to participate. To join the practice, please click here to be connected to the Zoom meeting

Wednesdays beginning September 23, 6 - 6:50 am
You know that feeling when you get up early and move and breathe and feel better for the rest of the day? It feels pretty amazing. And it's also really hard to make happen. Setting the alarm at night is a great deal easier than actually getting up in the morning. But! I believe in you, and in us, and I think we can do it. Let's give it a try. We'll start slow and stretchy, build just a little bit of heat, and then cool down and be ready to face another pandemic day - all before breakfast! This class is offered by donation (suggested donation $5 - $12), and no donation is required to participate.
